PLEDGE OF CALVARY CHAPEL CHRISTIAN CHILD CARE CENTER
Dear Parents,
Our pledge to you is to make sure our Child Care Center is one in which you will feel confident. The before and after school care offered by Calvary Chapel Christian Child Care Center is an important ministry to us.
Our Objective is to meet the needs of each child and family as we work together in harmony to provide a loving and nurturing environment for your children. Your children are precious in our sight adn it is a privilege and honor to be a part of their lives.
The heart and goal of our Child Care Center ministry is to be an encouragement and blessing to each child and family. We are committed in action and prayer to accomplish this goal.

2 yr. old $3.00/hour *full time monthly rates available
3 yrs and up $2.20/hour Additional Siblings $1.80/hour
CHILD CARE HOURS:
Hours for the Child Care Center are from 7:30am until 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. A late fee will be charged if you arrive to pick-up your child after 6:00pm. The Child Care Center will be closed on the same days as Calvary Chapel Christian School with some exceptions. We will be open in the summer with Daycare (ages 2- 4) and Daycamp (ages 5-10).
SUMMER DAY CAMP:
Summer day camp is for children ages 5-11 who will be attending our child care program June through August. In the afternoons they will be able to do different activities such as swimming, bowling, going to a movie, visiting the zoo, skating, and playing at different parks. Additional fees for the summer day camp program are: a $10.00 registration fee per family, and a daily activity fee which varies depending on the activity for the day.
CHILD DELIVERY AND PICK-UP:
WRITTEN PERMISSION is required if you desire for someone other than yourself to pick up children. Identification will be required from anyone not known to our staff members before releasing your children. No one under the age of twelve years will be allowed to sign children out or take them from the facility.
DROP-INS are not accepted. If you need child care at a time you are not scheduled, you may call in advance to see if there is space available.
